Wills For Free, a registered business name of A.C.N. 647 403 923 Pty Ltd (“the Company”) provides you with access to Wills-For-Free.com.au (“the Website”) on the basis of these terms and conditions alone (“the Terms”) to create your own legal documents (“the Services”).

1.2 On using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Any information provided by the Website or the Company is believed to be accurate at the time of publishing. Whilst the Company makes efforts to ensure information is kept up to date, the Company cannot guarantee the accuracy of information.

The Website is designed to create documents that are formatted correctly for printing and produce the generic legal effect of that type of document. It does not take into account your particular circumstances and is therefore no guarantee that the document will meet your specific legal requirements. 3.1 Web Browser Compatibility
There are many different types and versions of web browsers resulting in a lack of formatting uniformity, producing various unpredictable formatting anomalies. The Company can offer no guarantee in respect of the compatibility of your browser with the Website. We recommend using the latest version of a reputable web browser.
Use of the Services will produce your legal document in a PDF format. The pdf document can be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat viewer available from https://www.adobe.com
The Company offers no warranty in respect of the functionality, security or stability of any third party software.
3.2 Links to External Websites
Where the Website links to external websites, no warranty is offered with regards to content of these external websites.
3.3 Security and Accuracy of Membership Details
It is your responsibility to ensure you accurately enter the correct email address when creating your account. The Company is not responsible for the delivery failure of electronic documents where you have entered incorrect information.
Where website membership is required, it is your responsibility to ensure that your login credentials are kept safe. The Company is not responsible for any loss of data or data being made public as a consequence of your accidental or deliberate actions resulting in the imparting of your login credentials.
3.4 Your Documents
Unless specifically stated, the use of the Services only includes the production of the specific legal document. It does not include processing of or paying fees for registration or execution of a document, or any other aspect of an application.

4.1 Your Confidential Information
The Company does not collect, store or retain any of your personal information, including any live data you enter when using the Services. The Company would never deliberately pass any such data onto a third party, save for when required by law.
4.2 Your Usage Data
Anonymised analytical usage data may be collected by Bing or Google Analytics. Your usage information may be collected for the purposes of tailoring advertising.

The Company conducts regular data security audits and is committed to ensuring data integrity and security. The Website uses SSL secure encryption for data security. Any donations are made through PayPal, which also uses SSL secure encryption.
While using the Services, the live data you enter is also subject to secure encryption.
No data transmission is 100% secure and the Company accepts no liability for data loss, interception or theft when using the Services. In using the Services, you accept these risks to your data.

Like most websites, we use cookies for the functionality of our website and for the collection of data detailed in 4.2 above.

From time to time maintenance of the Website will result in the Services being temporarily unavailable. Where possible, we will aim to provide you with notice of any such outages but cannot guarantee providing such notice.
5.2 Account Suspension or Termination
Where use of the Services requires membership of the Website, if the Company in its sole discretion determines that you have acted in a way which breaches the Terms or unfairly prejudices the Company, the Company has the right to terminate your account and delete all associated information. The Company will not take this action lightly or over matters which it considers to be trivial.
The Company also reserves the right to terminate your account and associated information in the event that you become abusive to any employee or agent of the Company, or if you are a cause of the Company being the recipient of unsolicited and / or repeated electronic communications (spamming).

6.1 A Single Will
The Website will produce your will as a PDF document, sent to you via email to the email address you provided. You must ensure this email address is correct.
You can obtain a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software from https://www.adobe.com
The Company offers no warranty in respect of the security, stability or functionality of any third party software.

The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
